Are you a food vendor ready to showcase your culinary creations?

We want YOU to be a part of our exciting monthly pop-up series at the Food Pavilion.

Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) vendors are highly encouraged to apply.

These are part of our weekend pop-up series where two food entrepreneurs will showcase and feature their cuisine and food offerings one-month (4-5 weeks) at a time.
- Location:
  The Food Pavilion at India Basin Waterfront Park
  900 Innes Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124
- Frequency: Every Saturday or Sunday for a four or five week period (depending on the month)
- Hours: 11:00am-3:00pm
- First Pop-Up Starts: Late October 2024
- Brand New Commercial Kitchen: Access to a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch culinary tools and appliances.
- Marketing and Promotional Support: Additional promotional efforts to ensure a higher turnout of attendees.
- Permit Guidance: Guidance on how to apply for the necessary food and beverage permits.
- Minimum Guarantee: Up to $300 to help cover expenses. This is only applicable for vendors making less than $600 in sales. Sales reports must be provided.
*Subject to change as program evolves (i.e. additional fees).
- Deposit: A refundable deposit of $500 is required to use the Food Pavilion and secure your spot.
- Insurance: Proof of $1M liability insurance is required to use the space. En2action and San Francisco Recreation and Parks must be added as additional insured.
- Food Manager Safety Training: Food Manager Safety Training must be completed before using the Food Pavilion. For more information on how to obtain one, click here.
- Food Permits: Food permits must be obtained to sell and give away sample food or drinks to the public. For more information on how to obtain one, click here.
